Finishing Options That Change How Your Packaging Is Seen

The right finish is not simply decorative. It affects how a logo reads under light, how the surface feels in hand, and how well a box holds up during packing and delivery. Our team can suggest a practical combination after reviewing your artwork, material, order quantity, and target price.

Soft Touch Lamination

A smooth, velvety surface often used for cosmetics, fragrance, and premium gift packaging. It gives dark colours a quieter, more refined look. We normally check scratch resistance on dark artwork before bulk production.

Matte and Gloss Lamination

Matte lamination reduces glare and works well with minimal branding. Gloss lamination makes colours appear brighter and is often selected for retail cartons and promotional packaging.

Foil Stamping

Gold, silver, coloured, and holographic foils can highlight a logo, border, or small graphic element. Very fine lines and large solid foil areas need to be reviewed with the artwork before sampling

Embossing and Debossing

Raised or recessed details add a tactile element to paperboard and rigid boxes. The result depends on the paper, logo size, and coverage area, so we recommend a physical sample for detail-sensitive designs.

Spot UV

A high-gloss coating applied only to selected parts of the design. It is commonly used to separate a logo or pattern from a matte background.

Holographic Foil Stamping

Holographic foil creates an iridescent colour shift that changes as the package moves under light. It works well for limited editions, beauty products, event packaging, and designs that need a more energetic visual detail. Fine lines, large coverage areas, and the chosen paper surface should be reviewed before sampling to ensure a clean result.

Stereoscopic Relief

Stereoscopic relief uses deeper raised layers to create a more dimensional surface than standard embossing. It is often used for premium gift boxes, fragrance packaging, and presentation folders where the packaging needs a strong tactile detail. The final depth and sharpness depend on the artwork, paper thickness, and relief area, so we recommend confirming the effect with a physical sample before bulk production.
